What easier way to get a healthy snack in than through Smoothies. Its super quick and easy and super yummy. Here’s 3 of my favorite smoothie recipes.
Berries and Beetroot Smoothie
1 x handful frozen mixed berries
1 x whole banana
1 x tablespoon raw Oats
1/3 cup apple juice
1/3 beetroot juice
3 x tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
water to fill
Mix all together in blender and enjoy!
Energizer Smoothie
1 x whole banana
1 x whole red apple
1 x big handful raw spinach
10 x raw almonds
1 x teaspoon chai seeds
1/4 cup beetroot juice
1 x tablespoon peanut butter
Fill with water or Almond milk
Add all together and blend till super smooth in blender.
Packed with protein and will give you that energy you need to get through your day.
Tuti Fruiti Smoothie
1 x whole banana
6 x strawberries
1 x handful blueberries
2 x kiwis
1 x handful frozen cranberries and blackberries
1 x handful Collard greens
3 x tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
1 x teaspoon honey optional(for extra sweetness ) fill with water or almond milk
Blend all together and enjoy on a hot summers day.
