My online training is very convenient for people new to the gym or exercising. Also designed for at home training.

One on One At Home Training

One on one training in the comfort of your own home. I know a lot of people don’t like going to the gym for various reasons. So i come to you.
Same as in the gym I’ll be working side by side with you to motivate you and push you to get the result you’ve always wanted.
Do I need equipment? I have equipment that I bring with me to your home so no need for you to have any equipment.

These classes I give at facilities like Retirement Villages.
They are 30 minute classes.
I charge a flat rate per class payable by the facility. I don’t charge per person. This then opens the class to anyone who wants to participate.
My Philosophy
My core principal is that when it comes to health and fitness there are no quick fixes. Being able to reach your personal goals takes dedication, consistency and most importantly lifestyle changes that enable you to maintain these goals.
A vital part of these lifestyle changes is nutrition. Implementing wholesome and clean eating habits into your daily routines is fundamental to the process of getting fit and healthy. Every person is unique and I focus on creating individual workout and lifestyle plans to meet their specific goals.
I believe that a healthy lifestyle is key to maintaining your physical, mental and emotional well-being and walking this path with my clients is an absolute passion of mine.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does my diet really have to be good to see results?
Yes. I’m not talking about starving yourself or just live off salad in order to achieve your goal. It's about fueling your body with the right foods. We need to make sure we get those vital 3 Macro’s in everyday, Protein, Carbs and Fat for a healthy diet.
We also have to stay in our 2000 calorie intake per day but when you want to loose weight you have to eat at a deficit (less calories) Now this doesn’t mean you can go and eat 5 Burgers and chips that total your daily calorie intake, because those are all bad carbs and you're bound to either not loose any weight or you might even gain weight.
Eat clean foods with low calories like Chicken, Fish, Green veggies, Quinoa or brown rice. Feel free to send me a message if you need more information about this subject, then we can go into more detail.
How soon after pregnancy can I start to exersice?
Wait until after your postnatal check, at between 6 weeks and 8 weeks. That all depends if you had normal birth or C- section, and if you exercised throughout your pregnancy or not.
If you had a normal birth and exercised while pregnant you can almost start immediately with say pelvic floor exercises.
If you had a C-section regardless if you exercises during pregnancy or not you have to wait those 6 week to 8 weeks before you can start and also then only if cleared by your doctor to do so.
Remember C- sections are major surgery and if not healed completely before doing exercises it can end up in severe complications.
Will carbs make me fat?
No. Carbohydrates are our bodies fuel source, like petrol for a car. We need it for energy. That's why when you cut carbs out of your diet completely you start to feel tired a lot.
We just need to eat the right carbs and the right amount of carbs. To make things easier to understand I refer to “Good Carbs” and “Bad Carbs”
Good carbs - Brown rice, Whole wheat pasta, Whole wheat bread, quinoa, sweet potato, etc.
Bad Carbs - White rice, White pasta(normal), Deep-fried potatoes, White bread, etc.
Have small portions and everything in moderation.
How soon can I expect to see results?
If your diet is good and you are consistent then you will start seeing results after the 1st four weeks.
We usually give it 12 weeks to see real results, and then also everyone else will be able see those results. I always tell my clients that it's vital to take photo’s when you start and then every 4 weeks. Because you see yourself everyday so you might not see the changes in those 1st four weeks but I promise you, when compare the photos you will.
